nissan and honda merger?

the nissan-honda merger talks has actually been gaining traction recently. some people feel it'd be more of a takeover from the nissan angle though. will the merger be good for honda? Thoughts?

I dont think honda would gain anything at all on this move. theyre both in the same global market positioning. i'm pretty sure everythings far from final decisions still.

Hahaha. Man, as far as I know this is NO WAY near happening at all and they discontinued the talks because Nissan is going to be a subsidiary and they didn't like that. I'd rather for each of them to be a standalone brand because they are already good on their own. Nothing to gain from this, I agree with 1blackSheep1.

Nah I think it has to be the other way around, I see honda as the more superior one in terms sales.
