Just picked up our new 2026 Pilot AWD. I am coming from a Tacoma to the Pilot. We are expecting a grandson this summer so I was told the Tacoma had to go. I thought it would be fine but I was over ruled. We went with the AWD to tow our Mako PS 17 2800lbs (on scales). So far 1100 mile and haven’t towed yet. I am going fishing tomorrow so I am looking forward to see it all in action. I expect it will be just fine. I will be changing to synthetic this week. I keep vehicles for a long time, the Tacoma was a 2013 with 246k miles. It is beautiful and so much more comfortable than my truck, as it should be…. I will share anything worth posting when we use it more. Already started looking for better floor matts, cargo liner, and window deflectors. We live in NW FL so the window deflectors are a must.
