im sure many of you are aware of the recall for these pilots about the fuel tube detaching and leaking fuel and honda has a recal. that information was from late 2024 but honda still hasnet contacted me about it. should i wait longer or go to the dealer? my next service schedule isn't in another 3 months so i haven't had the need to visit them in the meantime

@theoriginalflyboy it's crazy how recalls are supposed to be urgent yet here you are months later still waiting for Honda to hit you up but honestly dude I wouldn't sit around any longer if there's even a slight chance of a fuel tube leak just swing by the dealer and ask them straight up or call their customer service because waiting for your next service schedule while something might be spilling fuel is like waiting for a plumber when your sink is already flooding.

check with them first, call them don't go there because they might shoo you away without an appointment or it's also gonna be a hassle for you? you don't have to wait for the letter.

3 months?! Thats some BS. go to the dealer or yeah try calling... icedamericano has a good point, its better if theyre expecting you.

I'd say it's definitely worth reaching out to the dealer sooner rather than later. If there's a safety recall on something as serious as a fuel leak, better to get it checked out ASAP

like time is of the essence
