We have 82,000 miles on the clock and disappointed with the ride feeling every little bump. Looking for a ride similar to a Toyata Highlander.

If you're aiming for something closer to a Highlander feel, then replacing the suspension with something softer maybe a touring style shock should be a good option for you or even air assist if you're open to it.
