Essential maintenance for high-mileage third gen Pilot

I just got a 2018 Pilot with 140k miles, and I'm looking to stay proactive about any common issues. I'm planning to do an immediate oil change with full synthetic, a coolant flush, and replace the spark plugs. What other preventive maintenance should I focus on to steer clear of the usual problems with the third gen?

Besides the oil, coolant and plugs, i'd take care of the transmission and rear diff fluids since those are common trouble spots. Make sure the timing belt and water pump are up to date, and give the brakes, suspension and valves a look too,, those are the main things that tend to pop up around this mileage.

don't take this the wrong way, but 140K isn't too high, I've seen these things with a lot more. Anyway, @conman2000 gave some good advice and in addition to that, I'd also check the transmission, it's an auto, so it should get some love.

I suggest using OEM transmission fluid…change it (not flush it) every 2 years or 30k miles, whichever comes first
