My wife's car was totaled last week and insurance payoff limits my budget. I am looking at a 2019 Pilot with 153000 miles which is a one owner and has a clean Carfax report and all the maintenance records. Then I started looking at 'issues' with that year. Now I am reconsidering the deal. Should all those issues have been worked out by now? Opinions needed. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Welcome! That's a tough spot with the totaled car but you're asking the right questions upfront. A 2019 with full service records and one owner is actually pretty solid, and most common issues from that year have been addressed by now either through recalls or just normal wear patterns. What specific issues are you seeing mentioned that are making you nervous about it?
